- Directed all aspects of two annual catalogs: developed specs, took bids, designed, edited, and laid out both publications, and worked with printers to assure timely, effective publications.
- Created and provided copy for bi-weekly e-newsletters using FrontPage and various newsletter list management software.
- Slashed the printing budget by almost half in my first week.
Publications Director. Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce, Eureka Springs, Arkansas. March 2000 – December 2000.
- Managed all aspects of three annual tourism publications, from developing specs to writing copy to working with printers and ad agencies.
- Coordinated the chamber’s publications committee, advertisers, photographers, and printers to produce professional results on deadline.
- Cultivated and managed advertising accounts for all publications.
- Designed and wrote copy for two monthly newsletters using Quark.
